All tanks are inspected by a qualified RI (hazardous materials/registered inspector) meeting the qualifications in 49 CFR 180.407.

UN Tank Inspection Services

AllStream Automation provides UN tank inspection services for ISO tanks and all other portable tank containers falling under 49 CFR § 178.274 - Specifications for UN portable tanks

Our comprehensive inspection services cover both the tank vessel and frame. In addition to the 2.5-yearly or 5-yearly inspections, we offer a range of additional services: 

  • Seal and part replacement

  • Valve testing

  • Tank vessel thickness gauging

Tank Cleaning

All tanks need to be professionally cleaned before being delivered to our shop for inspection.  AllStream Automation can arrange the cleaning for clients if needed.
